"As my brother was settling into his Retirement Home in Toronto, I noted that some other residents were being attended to 1-on-1 by attentive, patient and respectful Personal Support Workers (PSWs), so we decided to give Metrocare Health Services a call. I was able to speak to Rose, the President of Metrocare, Andrew and finally Maggie about my concerns regarding my brother’s needs and was treated with concern and empathy. As my brother’s condition deteriorated and my energy was waning, we agreed on regular visits as well as having a PSW accompany my brother to his medical appointments. They made efforts to match the appropriate staff for my brother’s care and they listened empathetically to my frustration and sadness over my brother’s health. They are supportive, and accessible and I believe that they can meet whatever needs may unfold. I would recommend Metrocare Health Services and their health care team."
